We are expert estate managers that expand to also help you manage all other aspects of your busy life. If it takes up your time but doesn't add value to your life, we want to take it off your plate.

Process  

Are we experts at everything under the sun? Absolutely not! That being said, what we do best is listening to your wants and needs and then setting out to find the right experts to get things done. Our background is in operations with a heavy focus in high end residential home construction and waterfront homes. We are resilient and we will stop at nothing to make sure your list gets completed to your specifications. We will manage the process all the way through and verify that things are done the right way every time so you can focus on simply enjoying your everyday life.

Billing    

With our services, we offer a single point of contact for issues and all bills as well. We pay all of the bills for the work we do on your behalf and then we compile all of the charges into one invoice for easier payment and tracking. We charge an hourly rate while we are working on your assigned items, but we do not mark up any bills that we pay on your behalf. We believe that adds value to our service. We track down and purchase materials or hire contractors but we save you money by not marking those bills up like most services do.
